Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, skincare, beauty, personal-care products, and supplements cannot be returned. Any item that is marked "Final Sale," opened, or used is non-returnable.

Restocking & Shipping Fees

Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Confirmed errors on our part will be replaced or refunded with no restocking fee.

Refunds & Cancellations

Once an eligible return is inspected and approved, refunds (minus the restocking fee) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Order cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
